jump strength parameters. environment now trains much faster. likely last commit.
that increasing the steps above 100 makes it supeeer good.

puffer_dinosaur: a single-agent env that mimics google's offline dinosaur game
i made this as my first ever rl environment. unsure if its too simple to be merged into the pufferai repository. feedback appreciated :)
